    Bajwaha Moses - a Ugandan male aged 31. Currently working with Traditional & mordern Health practitioners Together against AIDS and other diseases - THETA (www.thetaug.org) A multi-skilled adaptable and dependable professional social worker with 4 years of experience in using the Logical Framework Approach (LFA) to programming of projects on HIV/AIDS, Women and OVC’s Human and Sexual Reproductive Health Rights Promotion and Protection, Capacity Building and Advocacy – using participatory methodologies like: Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA/PLA) techniques, Rights-Based Approach (RBA) to programming through partnerships and collaboration, in a bid to increase access to and utilisation of HIV/AIDS prevention, Treatment, Care and Psychosocial Support services by women, children and the elderly infected and affected by HIV/AIDS. I have relevant knowledge and skills in Child Rights Programming (CRP), Gender and GBV prevention and response programming in relation to existing national and international policies, guidelines and standards with regard to OVC, Women and the elderly.
